We will then prepare a detailed estimate showing the cost of the palms which we have available, packing for postage by PARCEL FORCE WORLDWIDE. We can then email or send this to you including digital pictures of actual palms available for you to select.
Outside Europe
Orders will normally require a phytosanitary health certificate. This can be arranged and costs about £40.00. All countries have different rules and regulations so it is advisable to check with your Department of Agriculture as to their requirements.
Method of payment
We can accept Visa and Mastercard over the telephone or fax.

Palms are sent by carrier on a fully insured basis.
Cultivation information will be sent with every order.
Conditions of Business
Upon receipt, please inspect the palms carefully. Whilst every effort is made to supply the best possible plants should any problems arise then we will do our best to resolve them. However any such problems need to be notified within 7 days of receipt in writing. Responsibility for the aftercare rests with the purchaser after delivery, as we have no control over the growing conditions once the plants have left the nursery.
